This is a lovely ground floor one bedroom apartment in an unbeatable location! The apartment is on beautiful A Street SE just seven blocks from the Capitol (and the National Mall) and within walking distance to all D.C. has to offer. You are just a couple blocks from all of the restaurants on Pennsylvania Ave. and Barracks Row. Walk one block and you have Eastern Market with all of its vendors, several coffee shops, a bagel shop, banks, a dry cleaner, a liquor store, a gas station, and other businesses.
the apartment was just completely renovated and has an industrial feel - -- exposed brick, large new bathroom with marble tile and walk-in rain shower, all new furnishings, etc The apartment is on the ground floor of a large Victorian house - and has its own entrance through a door that is on the side of the house. The apartment has an open floor plan with the main living area housing a large couch, chairs, and 50 inch HDTV (cable, Roku, etc.) There is a RH rustic dining table and chairs which seats four and galley style kitchen with stainless refrigerator and appliances, stove top/oven, dishwasher, etc. There is also a full-size washer-dryer in the unit.
